2015 Annual Report
Science Festival Alliance member festivals reached almost 2 million people in 2015! Over the course of the year 45 independently organized festivals matched locals with over 15,000 STEM professionals from their community at more than 4,000 events. Thanks to continued funding from NSF and the Simon's Foundation, the Science Festival Alliance was able to engage more members at IPSEC, travel to more festivals, and create and maintain more publicly available resources on this website than ever before. In addition, the EvalFest project finished out its first year of data collection and is now sharing some initial findings.
