IPSEC 2015 Travel

We’re so excited that you’re coming to the International Public Science Events Conference (IPSEC wholesale jerseys 2015)!

The conference will meet on June 1 – 2 at MIT’s wholesale jerseys Media Lab: 75 Amherst Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

There will be a conference event on Sunday evening, May 31, in the Central Square neighborhood of Cambridge (directions available soon). Additionally, there will be a conference dinner on Monday, June 1, within easy walking distance of the conference venue (directions provided at the conference).

Book hotel rooms now:

A block of rooms is set aside for conference participants at the Boston Marriott Cambridge (within easy walking distance from the conference venue). The negotiated room rate is $281.00 per night. In order to book at this rate, you will need to reserve your room before 5/8/15! Booking can be completed here.

There are several other Adore hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. The Media Lab is located near the Kendall Red Line “T” stop (the Boston area’s subway system), so hotels near other Red Line stops may be convenient as well.

Getting to and from the conference:

Those traveling from outside of New England will find that your two easiest wholesale jerseys methods of transportation to/from the area are by plane in and out of Boston’s Logan International Airport, or by Amtrak train into Boston’s South Station.

Parking is not provided for the conference, and can be difficult in the area of the MIT campus. The best way to reach the Media Lab is by cab or public transit.

If you are arriving by train into South Station, continue through the station and follow signs to the Red Line. You will take any redline train outbound to Alewife. Take this train to Kendall/MIT station and you will find yourself directly in the courtyard of both conference hotels and only a quick 2 block walk to the Media Lab.

For those of you arriving at Boston Logan International Airport cheap jerseys – we suggest taking either a cab to the hotels or public transpiration. Public transit from the airport inbound to the city is free of charge. From any Boston Logan terminal, you will take a silver line bus to South Station and transfer to a redline train labeled outbound to Alewife. Take this train to Kendall/MIT stop and you have arrived.
