The Flagstaff Festival of Science is a FREE annual 10-day season of science at the end of September with more than 100 activities including Science in the Park, field trips, guided hikes, archaeological digs, star parties, open houses, presentations, SCI Talks, after school workshops, films, panel discussions, and In-School Presentations. The Festival reaches more than 17,000 visitors and residents of Northern Arizona – mostly youth and families. The 2018 event marked the award-winning festival’s 29th year. It is the longest running event of its kind in the Western Hemisphere.
